1. Purpose
AnwkaLink provides a platform for sellers to create a shareable online storefront and receive contacts via WhatsApp and phone.
2. Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must have legal capacity to enter into these terms.
3. Content and products
You retain ownership of your store content. You warrant that you have the necessary rights and that your offers comply with applicable law.
4. Subscriptions
The Free plan is subject to limits. Standard and Pro plans may be activated according to the payment process we communicate (including via WhatsApp / Mobile Money).
5. Liability
AnwkaLink facilitates discovery and contact; commercial transactions take place between you and your customers. We are not a party to sales made off-platform.
